IltmmMemory::get_BufferSize

C Syntax

HRESULT IltmmMemory_get_BufferSize(pMem, pVal)

C++ Syntax

HRESULT get_BufferSize(pVal)

 

IltmmMemory *pMem;

/* pointer to an interface */

long *pVal;

/* pointer to a variable */

Retrieves the size of the memory objects buffer, in bytes.

Parameter

Description

pMem

Pointer to an IltmmMemory interface.

pVal

Pointer to a variable to be updated with the size of the objects buffer, in bytes.

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

<> S_OK

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

This gets the size set using IltmmMemory::put_BufferSize. If you call this before calling IltmmMemory::put_BufferSize, this function updates the variable pointed to by pVal with 0.
