C Syntax

HRESULT IltmmPlay_get_UsingDVDecoder (pPlay, pVal)

C++ Syntax

HRESULT get_UsingDVDecoder (pVal)

 

IltmmPlay *pPlay;

/* pointer to an interface */

VARIANT_BOOL *pVal;

/* pointer to a variable */

Determines whether the DV Decoder is being used.

Parameter

Description

pPlay

Pointer to an IltmmPlay interface.

pVal

Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value that indicates whether the DV Decoder is being used. Possible values are:

 

Value

Meaning

 

VARIANT_TRUE

The DV Decoder is being used.

 

VARIANT_FALSE

The DV Decoder is not being used.

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

<> S_OK

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

If the DV decoder is being used, then you can change the size of the rendered video using IltmmPlay::put_DVDecoderResolution.
