A COmpressor combined with a DECompressor, or encoder and a decoder , which allows you to both compress and decompress that same data.

Comments
The number of codecs obtained by this function can be used with IltmmWMProfileManager::GetCodecFormatCount and IltmmWMProfileManager::GetCodecFormat, which deal with codec formats, by index.
