C Syntax

HRESULT IltmmWMStreamConfig_put_MaxKeyFrameSpacing(pStreamConfig, newVal)

C++ Syntax

HRESULT put_MaxKeyFrameSpacing(newVal)

 

IltmmWMStreamConfig *pStreamConfig;

/* pointer to an interface */

double newVal;

/* time interval */

Sets the maximum key frame time interval.

Parameter

Description

pStreamConfig

Pointer to an IltmmWMStreamConfig interface.

newVal

The new maximum key frame interval to set, in 100-nanoseconds units.

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

<> S_OK

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

It is recommended not to use long intervals as it might affect the streaming or playback of the contents when seeking the stream.
