The LEAD Video Add filter Add Video effect brightens a frame by adding two or more frames. This filter is only suited to extremely dark images and can be used in such practical applications as astronomy or video surveillance. The property page is shown in the figure below:

The Add property page provides a user interface for changing the filter's attributes.effect. Changes will be applied directly to the streaming media with the ability to set them permanently by selecting Apply or OK, or abandon them by selecting Cancel. Positioning the mouse pointer over a control displays general information for that control. The following table shows the controls and their descriptions:

Control	Description
Enable check box	Enables/Disables the effect.
Preserve Frame Rate check box	If selected, use previous frames to enhance frame rate. The output is not exactly the same as when this check box is clear.
Average check box	Enables frame averaging.
Frames to Add spin edit box	Number of frames to add.
Factor of Frame drop-down list box and spin edit box	Indicates the usage factors of each frame (i.e. Factor [0] = 80% then 80 percent of the values in the first frame is used in the addition process).
