The UnlockFlagsConstants2 constants define the level at which unlocking will be performed.

Constant	Description
UNLOCK_COMPUTER	[0x01] Use this flag to unlock the module at the computer level.
UNLOCK_APP_ONCE	[0x02] Use this flag to unlock the module at the application level for the current application instance.
UNLOCK_APP_ALWAYS	[0x03] Same as UNLOCK_APP_ONCE.
UNLOCK_APP_PATH	[0x04] Use this flag to unlock the application that was locked using LOCK_APP_PATH.
UNLOCK_MM	[0x80000000] Use this flag to unlock the Multimedia.
