Comments
This function allows the user to seek to the specified frame position. However, not all media formats allow frame seeking. Users should call CheckSeekingCapabilities to determine if ltmfPlay_Seeking_FrameBackward and ltmfPlay_Seeking_FrameForward are enabled.
