The ltmfPlay_State constants specify the current state of the play object.

Constant	Description
ltmfPlay_State_NotReady	[0] Indicates that the play object is not ready for playback.
ltmfPlay_State_Stopped	[1] Indicates that the play object is ready for playback and stopped. A source must be defined to enter this state.
ltmfPlay_State_Paused	[2] Indicates that the playback paused. You can continue playback by calling the Play function.
ltmfPlay_State_Running	[3] Indicates that the playback is active.
