L_LTTWN_API L_INT L_TwainGetMaxXferCount(hSession, pnMaxXferCount)

HTWAINSESSION hSession;

L_INT * pnMaxXferCount;

/* pointer to the transfer image count */

Gets the maximum number of images that can be transferred from the current TWAIN source.

Parameter

Description

hSession

Handle to an existing TWAIN session. This handle is obtained by calling the L_TwainInitSession function.

pnMaxXferCount

Pointer to a variable to be updated with the maximum number of images that can be transferred from the current TWAIN source.

Returns

SUCCESS

The function was successful.

< 1

An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

Comments

This function gets the current maximum transfer count capability CAP_XFERCOUNT value. For more information on these capabilities, refer to www.twain.org and download the latest TWAIN Specification.

To set the maximum transfer count capability call L_TwainSetMaxXferCount function.

This function should be called after calling the L_TwainStartCapsNeg function and before calling the L_TwainEndCapsNeg function.
