Sets the vector object to be used by the file functions.

Comments
Before you can use some of the file functions, a vector must be associated with the class object. Until you have associated a vector with the LVectorFile object, the object is considered invalid.
If the filename of the LVectorBase object is enabled, then the vector filename will be transferred to the class object.
