Prepares this RasterImagePrinter object state for printing.

Parameters

width: Width of the image to print.
height: Height of the image to print.
dpiX: Horizontal DPI value of the image to print.
dpiY: Vertical DPI value of the image to print.
e: An PrintPageEventArgs object that contains print data.

Remarks

Derive classes should call this method from Print to prepare the SourceRectangle, DestinationRectangle and DestinationClipRectangle properties.
