	FromAnnObject	Converts a LEADTOOLS AnnObject object to a Leadtools.Dicom.DicomAnnotationObject.
	FromAnnObjectToDataSet	Converts a LEAD Annotation object into one or more DICOM annotation objects, and (optionally) adds the new DICOM annotation objects into the dataset.
	ToAnnObject	Converts a Leadtools.Dicom.DicomAnnotationObject to an object that is of type Leadtools.Annotations.AnnObject.
