CreateGraphicAnnSQItem Method

Adds a new item under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence".

Parameters

index: Index that specifies where to insert the new item data element in the sequence. The index is zero-based, so if you want to insert the new item as the first item in the sequence, set this to 0. The value -1 indicates to add the item at the end of the sequence.
layerName: The zero-based index at which the new item should be inserted in the sequence. The value -1 indicates to add the item at the end of the sequence.

Remarks

This method will add a new item under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" (0070,0001) in the "Graphic Annotation Module". If the sequence does not already exist, then this method will create it first and then add the new item.
