RemoveLayerByName Method








The name of the layer to be removed from the Graphic Layer Module.
true to remove the items, under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence", that reference the layer; false to remove only the layer.
Deletes all the elements that describe a layer.

Parameters

layerName
The name of the layer to be removed from the Graphic Layer Module.
annSequence
true to remove the items, under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence", that reference the layer; false to remove only the layer.
Remarks
This method removes the item, which represents a layer under the "Graphic Layer Sequence"(0070,0060).

If annSequence is set to true then the method will clean any elements under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" which correspond to the layer being removed.
