This property gets a value that indicates whether there is at least one encryptor AnnEncryptObject currently in this AnnAutomation that can be applied. The CanEncrypt value must be true in order to be able to apply an encryptor AnnEncryptObject.
Use the ApplyAllEncryptors method to apply all the encryptor AnnEncryptObject objects in this AnnAutomation that have not been applied.
