Scales the SelectedObjects by the specified ratios

Syntax

Parameter	Type	Description
scaleX	double	The ratio by which to scale the objects in the x-axis direction.
scaleY	double	The ratio by which to scale the objects in the y-axis direction.
origin	LeadPointD	A LeadPointD object that represents the center of the scale operation.
