When an ISCL connection is no longer needed, it should be closed. There are two options for closing an ISCL connection using the DicomNet.CloseForced method. To request a disconnection, DicomNet.CloseForced should be called with the method's parameter set to false. When doing this, it is a good idea to make sure the ISCL queue is empty by calling DicomNet.IsIsclQueueEmpty. To just kill the connection completely, call the DicomNet.CloseForced method with the method's parameter set to true.
