Display Partialy Transparent BitMap on RasterViewer

I want to show a partially transparent AnnPicture object over a RasterImage in RasterViewer. How can I do that. I tried to use a bit map and set the TransperentColor property of AnnPicture, but it is either fully opaque or fully transparent. I need to make it partially transparent. Can anybody help

If you want to accomplish partial transparency you need to set the transparent mode and the transparent color properties. You will not need to set the transparent color if you choose to use the top left pixel.
