The attached VS-2008 project shows how to use LEADTOOLS CDLL functions to load an image file using the minimum code into LEADTOOLS Medical Viewer control and how to set the "Scale" action for the viewer control.

The attached project is the Delphi version of the above C DLL Minimum Medical Viewer. To build and run the project successfully, it's recommended to copy the project to the following folder:
[LEADTOOLS 18 Folder]\Examples\Delphi

In the project, you might need to modify the path of the DCM file you want to load.

Updated to LEADTOOLS v19 with Visual Studio 2017. Changed to Visual Studio 2010 (v100) Platform Toolset.
Extract to "C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Examples\CDLL\" to use the example.
