HOW TO: Filter out noise from images where noise is the same for each row

Some scanners over time will start developing noise that gets added into each image that is scanned. This noise is generally the same for each row of the image. Attached to this post is a sample application that shows a quick way to remove this noise from the image.

Included in the output directory of this project is the image with noise added from a particular scanner. This project removes the noise by reading in the first line of the image and assumes that it is purely noise with no image content. It then uses this as a filter to divide out the noise from the rest of the image (same process as the CombineCommand using the OperatorDivideSource flag).

This sample also outputs a large filter and a small filter image so that when ran again, the filter can be used with the CombineCommand in lieu of manually processing each row of the image. Using the CombineCommand is faster than doing manual processing.
