How do I load all the pages in an image instead of just the first?

By default, the RasterCodecs.Load() call only loads the first page in an image. This behaviour can be modified to load all pages in a RasterImage by setting the value of the CodecsLoadOptions.AllPages property to true.

Note for high-resolution images memory consumption will increase based on the number of pages in the image loaded.
