Good morning. Currently I am trying to migrate my application. I was using the old ltdic_n.lib (v14).

Now I want to use the c++ class library for dicom communications (v17) for x64. But I don't know which to choose between Ltdic2_x.lib, Ltdic_ax.lib or Ltdic_x.lib
Please if someone can help.

Best place for such information is the C++ DICOM help file. Please refer to "Files To Be Included With Your Application" section.
To answer your question for x64:
Ltdic_x.lib: LTDIC is the DICOM DLL used with Microsoft VC 8 Compilers
Ltdic2_x.lib: LTDIC2 is the DICOM DLL used with Microsoft VC 6 Compilers
Ltdic_ax.lib: LTDICA is the ANSI version of the DICOM DLL used with Microsoft VC 6 and VC 8 Compilers.

Thanks,
