Remarks
(Document/Medical only) Displays the Hole Punch Remove dialog box and gets the options for the HolePunchRemove method.
The layout and action of the dialog depends on the flags set in the DlgFlags property. Possible options are:

If you include DLG_HOLEPUNCHREMOVE_AUTOPROCESS or DLG_HOLEPUNCHREMOVE_SHOW_PREVIEW in the DlgFlags property, the Common Dialog LEADImage property must be assigned a Main Control containing a valid 1-bit bitmap before calling this method.
The HolePunchRemove method only works with 1-bit images. If you provide a Main Control in the LEADImage property, it must be contain a valid 1-bit bitmap.
