Remarks

Indicates the size of the target JPEG 2000 stream, in bytes. This value is used only if the J2KCompressionControl property is set to DICOM_J2K_COMPRESSION_TARGETSIZE.

This property is only effective when using the Lossy JPEG 2000 compression. Otherwise it gets ignored.
