The ABIC file format (a raster file format created by IBM) is commonly used in the banking industry for check image compression. It consists of compression/decompression algorithms called ABIC (Bi-level Q-Coder) and Concatenated ABIC (Grayscale) that use an arithmetic coding technique to produce lossless data compression. LEADTOOLS can Load/Save (compress/decompress) ABIC Raw data separately.
LEAD can load PTOCA and IOCA overlays. Use L_GetOverlayBitmap and L_SetOverlayAttributes to get the overlays and adjust the settings of the overlays
Image Object Content Architecture Format (IOCA/MODCA)
LEAD can load PTOCA and IOCA overlays. Use L_GetOverlayBitmap and L_SetOverlayAttributes to get the overlays and adjust the settings of the overlays
Portable Document Format (PDF)
When loading a PDF you can set the resolution and bit depth at which the image will be loaded. Use the FILEPDFOPTIONS structure with L_GetPDFOptions and L_SetPDFOptions to adjust these settings.
For complete instructions on unlocking PDF support and implementing PDF features, refer to the appropriate Raster Imaging help file.
TIFF CCITT and other Fax Formats
XPS (XML Paper Specification) is a raster file format developed by Microsoft and supported by XPS Viewer. It is one aspect of a graphics architecture for handling screen display and printing. It provides a safe and secure way to store and share electronic documents.
LEADTOOLS supports 150+ image file formats. Visit our website for the most current list.
