Retrieves the restriction, IP address, at the specified index from the list of restrictions.

Pointer to an ILMNetSnk interface. |

A zero-based index of the restriction IP address to retrieve from the list of restrictions. |
pVal |
Pointer to a character string to be updated with the restricted IP address at the specified index in the restriction list. |

Comments
A restriction means that no connection is accepted from a specified IP address.
If the function succeeds, the user is responsible for freeing the retrieved IP address string by calling SysFreeString.
