Retrieves the index of a specific IP address if it exits in the restriction list.

Pointer to an ILMNetSnk interface. |
Address |
A character string that contains the restricted IP Address to retrieve its index from the restriction list. |
pVal |
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a zero-based index of the IP address specified by Address parameter, in the restriction list. |

Comments
A restriction means that no connection is accepted from a specified IP address.
