/* pointer to a variable */

Retrieves the index of a specific IP address if it exits in the restriction list.

Parameter

Description

pNetSnk

Pointer to an ILMNetSnk interface.

Address

A character string that contains the restricted IP Address to retrieve its index from the restriction list.

pVal

Pointer to a variable to be updated with a zero-based index of the IP address specified by Address parameter, in the restriction list.

Returns

S_OK

The function was successful.

<> S_OK

An error occurred. Refer to the Error Codes or the HRESULT error codes in the DirectShow documentation.

Comments

A restriction means that no connection is accepted from a specified IP address.
