Adds the specified IP address to the list of restrictions.

Pointer to an ILMNetSnk interface. |

A character string that contains the IP address to be added to the restriction list. |
pVal |
Pointer to a variable to be updated with the zero based index of the added restriction in the restriction list. |

Comments
A restriction means that no connection is accepted from a specified IP address.
An existing connection will be kept alive if the originating IP address is added to the restriction list.
