Syntax short LoadStamp (BSTR pszName);

Overview:  Refer to Loading a Bitmap from a File.

Remarks

Loads a thumbnail image stored in a JFIF or LEAD CMP compressed file.

Note that not all CMP or JFIF compressed files contain thumbnail images.
