Remarks
Gets or sets a certain capability default value in the range container.
Get or sets the default value in the range contained in the ICapabilityRange interface, where the ICapabilityRange interface represents a container of type TW_RANGE.
When getting capability information, this property contains the default value in the range in the TW_RANGE container associated with the capability. When setting a capability, this property should contain the default value in the range to be set in the TW_RANGE container.
