Remarks

Get or sets the current value in the range contained in the ICapabilityRange2 interface, where the ICapabilityRange2 interface represents a container of type TW_RANGE.

When getting capability information, this property contains the current value in the range in the TW_RANGE container associated with the capability. When setting a capability, this property should contain the current value in the range to be set in the TW_RANGE container.
