Gets or sets the image window level low bit value. Supported in Silverlight, Windows Phone 7

Property Value

Value indicating the low bit used for window leveling.

Remarks

The RasterImage.LowBit value will be: 0 <= RasterImage.LowBit <= RasterImage.HighBit <= (11 for 12-bit grayscale or 15 for 16-bit grayscale). A value of -1 will be treated as 0.
