The MedicalViewerRequestedFramesInformationEventArgs Class is available as an add-on to the LEADTOOLS Medical Imaging toolkits.

The MedicalViewerRequestedFramesInformationEventArgs class provides data for the MedicalViewer MedicalViewerCell.FramesRequested event.
