The AnnVideoObject Class is available in LEADTOOLS Document and Medical Imaging toolkits.

This example creates a new video object at location 100, 200 and with dimensions of 400 x 600 and then adds it to a container.
Visual Basic | Copy Code |
---|---|
Private Sub AnnVideoObject_AnnVideoObject(ByVal container As AnnContainer, ByVal videoFileName As String) Dim video As New AnnVideoObject() video.Bounds = New AnnRectangle(100, 200, 400, 600, AnnUnit.Pixel) video.FileName = videoFileName container.Objects.Add(video) End Sub |
C# | Copy Code |
---|---|
private void AnnVideoObject_AnnVideoObject(AnnContainer container, string videoFileName) { AnnVideoObject video = new AnnVideoObject(); video.Bounds = new AnnRectangle(100, 200, 400, 600, AnnUnit.Pixel); video.FileName = videoFileName; container.Objects.Add(video); } |
The video annotation object is a scaled image that can be activated to play a video clip. The video file path is stored in the FileName property, so the video data itself is not stored in this object, only the physical path. In run mode, when this video object is clicked, the framework will try to locate and then play the video file stored in FileName. This object will use the default image of a video icon. To change this default image, change the Picture value.
The AnnVideoObject class inherits the the AnnImageObject class and accesses the common AnnImageObject.Picture property mentioned above through this inheritance.
LEADTOOLS Annotations uses the LEADTOOLS Multimedia for .NET toolkit to render video files and Leadtools.Multimedia must be present on the machine. For more information, refer to Introduction to LEADTOOLS Multimedia for .NET.
