Remarks

When an instance of this class is returned from any of the methods of the DicomContextGroup class, none of the properites CodingSchemeDesignator , CodeValue, or CodeMeaning can be a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
For the Coded Concepts that are maintained internally, the properites ContextGroupLocalVersion and ContextGroupExtensionCreatorUID are always set to a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
