The MedicalViewerAnnotationEllipse Constructor(Boolean) is available as an add-on to the LEADTOOLS Medical Imaging toolkits.
Initializes a new instance of the
MedicalViewerAnnotationEllipse class, specifying how the ellipse is to be drawn.

- true to create the ellipse from center, false to create from edge.
