Gets or sets the value that indicates the transparency, in percent.

Property Value

Value that indicates the transparency, in percent, between the cloud's image and the original image. Used if the Opacity or CloudsCommandType.Difference flag is set. Possible values range from 0 to 100. This is used if the CloudsCommandType.Opacity or CloudsCommandType.Difference flag is set. Valid values range from 0 to 100. A value of 0 indicates that no clouds are being used while the value of 100 represents a mix of clouds and image.
