Occurs when the user performs interactive center of the image display.

Event Data
The event handler receives an argument of type RasterViewerPointEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following RasterViewerPointEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.
Example
This sample lets center the image in the window by clicking the mouse. Also, it displays the contents of the InteractiveCenterAt event in the console
