Only for Access and FoxPro Printing

The PrintStart and PrintEnd methods were added to the toolkit to overcome printing limitations in Access and FoxPro. Although you can use them in Visual Basic and Visual C++, there is no reason to do so. For printing examples in Visual Basic and Visual C++, refer to the Render method.
