Gets the current number of rows in the toolbar.

Parameter	Description
pToolbar	Pointer to a toolbar handle.
pnRows	Pointer to an integer variable to be updated with the current number of rows in the toolbar.

SUCCESS	The function was successful.
< 1	An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes
