PixelSpacing Property






Gets or sets the distance length in millimeters between two successive pixels in both the horizontal and the vertical directions.

Property Value

The distance between two successive pixels.
Remarks

The Pixel Spacing term in DICOM does not represent horizontal or vertical direction. It just represents row and column for a 2D image slice. Slice orientation can be any orientation in 3D space.
