When the value of AllowPartialRead is set to true, then barcodes that could not be read completely, for example, when error check fails or certain area of the barcode is corrupted, the engine will still return this barcode in its incomplete state. There is no guarantee what part of the barcode is not read correctly and hence, it is not recommended to turn this feature on.
