Occurs when the user starts a pinch operation.

Syntax

add_pinchStarted(function(sender, e))
remove_pinchStarted(function(sender, e))

Remarks

Pinch events are only supported by touch devices.

The PinchStarted event will fire when any of the following occurs:

On a device that supports touch and PinchStartsOnDown is set to true: When the user presses two finger down on TargetElement.
On a device that supports touch and PinchStartsOnDown is set to false: When the user presses two finger down and then moves on TargetElement.
