Remarks

To set the properties of the annotation arrow action, call the MedicalViewerBaseCell.SetActionProperties method. To retrieve the properties call the MedicalViewerBaseCell.GetActionProperties method.

The mouse controls the actions as follows:

Click and drag to create an arrow annotation object.
