Remarks

ImageViewerMagnifyGlassInteractiveMode derives from ImageViewerSpyGlassInteractiveMode and waits for the ImageViewerSpyGlassInteractiveMode.DrawImage event. When this event fires, it will then use the ScaleFactor value to draw a magnified version of the image area underneath the spy glass on top of the viewer.
