BeginScroll Method

The ImageViewer should stop obtaining the value of the auto scrollbar location.
Syntax
 function Leadtools.Controls.ImageViewer.beginScroll()
Remarks

This method is intended for internal use by LEADTOOLS.

Each call to BeginScroll must be matched with a corresponding call to EndScroll.
