This function is called whenever the class object updates its window.

Comments
Override this function if you want to do your own drawing on the class object's window.
This function will be called following the class object's own processing of the WM_PAINT message.
The rect parameter is passed by reference, and is a required parameter.
This function is overridden by the LAnnotationWindow to allow the class object to render the annotations to the window. If you override this function then you must call the parent-class implementation of this function for default processing.
