Sets the middle band color that will be used in the drawing functions.

Parameter	Description
crFrame	The middle band color.

Returns

SUCCESS	The function was successful.
< 1	An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

Comments

The middle band is used only when drawing 3d Frames.
