You can read the fonts of a document page by using the DocumentObjectManager.ParsePageText method. The fonts found in the page will be set in the in DocumentPageText.Fonts property of the returned DocumentPageText object.
The font size is not stored in the DocumentFont structure. Instead, it is stored in the DocumentCharacter.FontSize and DocumentWord.FontSize properties of each item in the returned DocumentPageText object's DocumentPageText.Characters and DocumentPageText.Words properties.
