rect is entirely contained within this LogicalRectangle structure.

This method returns true if the rectangular region represented by rect is entirely contained within the rectangular region represented by this LogicalRectangle; otherwise false.

Remarks

The rect is treated as if its in the same unit as the LogicalRectangle.
